Sumsub was recognized as the RegTech of the Year by Europe FinTech Awards’ judges
Sumsub is pleased to share that it was chosen the winner at the Europe FinTech Awards 2023 in the RegTech of the Year category. The official awarding ceremony was held in London in June 2023. The awards are sponsored by FinTech Intel, a global fintech publishing and market intelligence platform.
The Europe FinTech Awards received hundreds of submissions from fintech startups and well-established fintech companies. These awards were developed to celebrate the European fintech community, and the achievements and successes of Europe’s best products, services, initiatives and businesspeople across 21 categories. An independent panel of respected professionals is chosen each year to judge the awards entries. The panel is carefully selected through a fair and objective selection process and includes experts from across fintech and financial services.
The shortlist of finalists was announced in May, and the winners were exclusively revealed at the prestigious awards ceremony. This year, it took place in London and gathered executives and fintech professionals from dozens of nominated companies, turning the event into an excellent opportunity for networking and bright industry celebration.

In May, G2 ranked Sumsub as a Leader in Identity Verification Software in its Spring 2023 Report, based on verified client reviews. In April, Sumsub won the ICA Compliance Awards Europe in the “Technology Partner of the Year” category in partnership with Kriptomat. In March, Sumsub was named the SaaS of the Year at the renowned SiGMA Eurasia Awards 2023, after a vote by iGaming players and professionals. In addition, the company was the Gold Winner at the 19th Annual 2023 Globee Cybersecurity Awards in the “Identity and Access Management” category.
