Alfonso Martel Seward is an Argentine attorney and the Chief Compliance & Legal Officer at Roxom, the world’s first Bitcoin-denominated securities exchange. A regional trainer and former criminal-court official, Alfonso has advised central banks, FIUs, and multilateral bodies—including GAFILAT, Interpol, and the OAS—on crypto-asset regulation, sanctions, and asset recovery. Before Roxom he built Lemon Cash’s end-to-end risk and compliance programme and has trained law enforcement and industry teams across Latin America on AML/CFT, FRAML, and blockchain investigations.
