1. 사용자는 ‘다음’ 버튼을 클릭함으로써 법인등록번호09688671로 영국에 설립 및 등록되었으며 본점 주소를30 St. Mary Axe, London, United Kingdom, EC3A 8BF로 하는 섬앤섭스탠스(Sum and Substance Limited, 이하 “회사”)에 제공한 사용자 본인의 개인정보를 회사가 고객 본인 확인 제도 (“KYC”) 및 돈세탁 방지 (“AML”) 절차 이행 목적으로 처리하는 것에 동의하며, 이에 대해 사전에 고지를 받아 자발적, 명시적으로 동의한다.

2. 사용자는 회사가 의도된 비즈니스 관계에 적용되는 법에 따라 신원확인 및 고객 실사 규제준수(이하 “서비스”)를 목적으로 최소한의 개인정보를 수집하고 처리함을 인정한다. 서비스 이행을 위해 회사가 수집하고 처리하는 최소한의 개인정보는 다음을 포함한다.
I acknowledge that the Company collects and processes minimum personal information for purposes of identification and client diligence compliance in accordance with the laws governing the intended business relationship (“Services”). All or some of the following minimum personal information is collected and processed by the Company to carry out the Services.
3. 사용자는 어떠한 경우에도 회사가 사용자의 주민등록번호, 운전면허번호, 여권번호 (이하 “제외되는 개인정보”)를 처리할 수 없음을 인정하고 이해한다. 사용자는 제외되는 개인정보를 제공하지 않기 위해 필요한 조치를 취할 책임이 전적으로 본인에게 있음을 인정하고 이에 동의한다. 이는 제외되는 개인정보 일체를 가리기 위해 물리적 수단(예: 마스킹 테이프, 포스트 잇)을 사용하는 것을 포함하나 이에 한정되지는 않는다.
I understand and acknowledge that the Company, under any circumstances, shall NOT process my resident registration number, driver’s license number, or passport number (“Excluded Personal Information”). I acknowledge and agree it is my sole responsibility to take the necessary measures to withhold the Excluded Personal Information, including, but not limited to, by using physical objects (i.e., masking tape, sticky notes) to cover all of the Excluded Personal Information.
4. 사용자가 제외되는 개인정보를 제출하는 경우, 사용자는 서비스 이행을 위한 개인정보 처리 전에 모든 제외되는 개인정보를 가리고 가림 처리를 하기 위해 회사가 자동화된 이미지 가림 기능을 사용하여야 함을 인정하고 이에 동의한다. 분명히 하자면, 회사는, 어떤 상황이나 이유 여하에 관계없이, 사용자가 회사에 제출하는 어떠한 제외되는 개인정보를 저장, 사용, 전송, 추출(이를 포함하나 이에 한정되지 않음) 처리하여서는 아니된다.
I acknowledge and agree that, in the event that I submit any Excluded Personal Information, the Company shall employ an automated image blur function to blur and hide all Excluded Personal Information before processing any personal information for carrying out the Services. For the avoidance of doubt, the Company shall not under any circumstances or for whatever reason process, including, but not limited to, storing, using, transmitting, or retrieving, any of the Excluded Personal Information that I may have submitted to the Company.
5. 사용자는 개인정보 처리에 동의를 하지 않을 권리가 있으며, 상기에 나열된 모든 개인정보를 제공하지 않을 권리가 있음을 인정하고 이에 동의한다. 사용자는 개인정보 처리에 동의하지 않는 경우 본인의 서비스 사용이 제한될 수 있음을 인정하고 이에 동의한다.
I acknowledge and agree that I have the right to refuse to give my Consent and provide any or all of the personal information listed above, and in the event I so refuse, I further acknowledge and agree that my use of the Services may be limited and/or restricted.
6. 사용자는 본 동의서에 명시된 정보처리 동의가 정보의 수집, 녹화, 구성, 구조화, 저장, 변형, 검색, 협의, 사용, 전송을 통한 공개(해외 전송을 포함함), 보급이나 기타 방식으로 사용 가능하게 하는 것, 정렬이나 조합, 제한, 삭제나 폐기를 포함함을 인정하고 이에 동의한다.
I acknowledge and agree that the scope of my Consent given herein in respect to my personal information shall include the following operations: collection, recording, organization, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission (including cross-border transmission), dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure or destruction.
7. 사용자는 법인등록번호110111-7079448로 대한민국에 설립 및 등록되었으며 본점 주소를 대한민국 서울 강남구 테헤란로 147 #1210, 우편번호 01632(역삼동 성지하이츠2)으로 하는 레전더리홀딩스 주식회사(Legendary Holdings Inc., 이하 “LHI”)를 대표하여 LHI가 결정하는 목적을 위해 회사가 사용자의 개인정보를 수집 및 처리하여야 함을 인정하고 이에 동의한다. 상기의 사항과 무관하게 사용자는 회사가 서비스 이행을 위한 유일한 데이터 처리자임을 인정하고 이에 동의한다. 사용자는 또한 본인이 LHI에 대한 상세정보와 주소를 알고 있음을 인정하고 이에 동의한다.
I acknowledge and agree that the Company shall collect and process my personal information to carry out the Services on behalf of and by means and for the purposes as determined by Legendary Holdings Inc. (“LHI”), incorporated and registered in the Republic of Korea with company registration number 110111-7079448, whose registered office is located at 147, Teheran-ro, Gangnam-gu, #1210, (Yeoksam-dong, Sungji Heights 2), Seoul 01632 Republic of Korea. Notwithstanding the above, I acknowledge and agree that the Company is the sole data handler for purposes of carrying out the Services. I further acknowledge and agree that I am knowledgeable about the details and address of LHI.
8. 사용자는 회사가 자동화 읽기, 진위성 검증, 사진 및 스캔 된 문서 사본의 기타 자동화 처리에 의해, 또한 복수 데이터베이스 상의 데이터(국제 정치적 주요 인물 (PEPs) 및 제재, 특정국 제재 목록, 범죄인 목록, 금융목록을 포함함)와 추후 대조를 통해 사용자의 개인정보를 처리해야 함을 인정하고 이에 동의한다.
I acknowledge and agree that the Company shall process my personal information by means of automated reading, verification of the authenticity and other automated processing of photos and scanned copies of documents and with further check against the data in multiple databases, including, inter alia, International politically exposed persons (PEPs) and Sanctions, Country Specific Sanctions Lists, Criminal Lists and Financial Lists.
9. 사용자는 본인의 개인정보가 대한민국에서 해외로 전송될 수 있음을 인정하고 이해하며, 관련법에 따른 EU 내에 물리적으로 소재하는 서버에서 처리되기 위해 사용자의 개인정보가 해외에 전송되는 데 동의한다.
I understand and acknowledge that my personal information may be transmitted across the border from the Republic of Korea, and under those circumstances, I hereby consent to such cross-border transfer of my personal information to be processed on servers located physically within the European Union in accordance with applicable laws.
10. 사용자는 본인의 개인정보 처리를 위한 아웃소싱 목적으로 회사와 관련된 제3자 법인에 본인의 개인정보가 공개될 수 있음을 인정하고 이에 동의한다. 사용자는 해당 제3자 법인이 사용자의 개인정보 보안을 유지하고 관련법을 준수하기 위해 필요한 모든 적절한 조치(예: 관리적, 기술적, 물리적 조치)를 이행했음을 이해하고 인정한다.
I acknowledge and agree that my personal information may be disclosed to third-party entities associated with the Company for purposes of outsourcing to process my personal information. I understand and acknowledge that such third-party entities have implemented all appropriate measures (i.e., managerial, technical, and physical) to ensure the safety of my personal information and to comply with applicable laws.
11. 관련 법률에서 달리 정하지 않는 이상, 사용자는 회사가 최장 5년 간, 또는 사용자가 서비스 사용자로서 LHI와 관계를 유지하는 기간 중에 보다 긴 기간 동안 본인의 개인정보를 보관해야 함을 인정하고 이에 동의한다.
I acknowledge and agree that, unless as otherwise required by any applicable laws, the Company shall retain my personal information for a period of up to five (5) years or for a period of time that I maintain my relationship with LHI as a user of its services, whichever is longer.

14. 사용자는 상기의 모든 조항을 주의 깊게 읽었고, 이에 사전에 고지를 받아 자발적, 명시적으로 동의하였음을 확인한다.
