Sumsub has launched a new integration with Auth0, enabling businesses to embed identity verification directly into authentication and user access workflows.
Available through the Auth0 Marketplace, the integration allows companies to trigger identity verification, AML checks, and fraud controls during registration or login before granting users access to their applications.
The integration is designed to help businesses reduce engineering complexity by replacing custom-built verification logic with a ready-to-deploy marketplace integration. Companies can connect their existing Sumsub account to Auth0 and configure verification flows directly within authentication journeys.
This enables organizations to:
- Verify users before granting access to applications or services
- Trigger KYC and AML checks during registration or login flows
- Maintain audit-ready verification records within Sumsub
- Reduce implementation time and operational complexity
The integration is particularly relevant for regulated and high risk industries such as fintech, crypto, trading, marketplaces, and other digital platforms, where businesses often need to verify user identity before enabling access to sensitive or regulated functionality.
"Identity verification and authentication have traditionally been separate layers, managed by different teams with different tools. As regulatory expectations rise and fraud becomes more sophisticated, that separation creates gaps," said Andrew Novoselsky, CPO at Sumsub. "This integration brings them together at the point of access — so businesses can confirm not just that a user has the right credentials, but that they are who they claim to be, before any access is granted."
The integration connects directly within Auth0's authentication flow, triggering Sumsub verification at the moment of registration or login.

The launch also strengthens Sumsub’s growing integration ecosystem, which includes identity, compliance, fraud prevention, CRM, and infrastructure partners available through the Sumsub Marketplace.
Businesses using Auth0 can now install the Sumsub integration directly through the marketplace and configure verification flows based on their onboarding and compliance requirements.
