The Challenge
Ideal Baltic wanted to automate the verification process for its car sharing service, Avis Now, to improve the customer experience. Unlike traditional car rentals, Avis Now offers a fully automated rental experience through the MyAvis Baltics app, allowing customers to access services that range from 30-minute rentals to five-year leases.

Implementation
The onboarding process was smooth and efficient, taking just 3 weeks. Ideal Baltic first tested the system using Sumsub’s Sandbox feature, before integrating the products through API into its MyAvis Baltics mobile app and Avis Back Office system. The Sumsub Dashboard has proven to be user-friendly, providing a clear overview of applicants.
