Mette Gade, Chief Product Officer at the Nordic challenger bank Lunar, leads the vision & execution of Lunar’s offering. She brings more than fifteen years of experience across strategy, product, tech, and transformation, including four years at Pleo as Chief Product Officer, where she helped grow the business & customer offering to serve SME & midmarket customers across Europe.

Before that, she spent over a decade as a partner at McKinsey & Company, advising & building with banks and fintech companies to drive growth in a digital world. Mette brings deep expertise in turning vision & strategy into customer-loved products that can scale.
