Maikel Ninaber is a cybersecurity leader with more than 15 years of experience in ethical hacking, cyber intelligence and enterprise risk. He began his career on the offensive side of cybersecurity as a red team operator, simulating real-world attacks to help organizations understand how adversaries actually break into systems.

Today, Maikel works at the intersection of cybersecurity, fraud prevention and the global payments ecosystem. In his role at Mastercard, he advises financial institutions and large organizations on cyber resilience, threat intelligence and how to protect critical digital infrastructure.

Having worked across consulting, financial services and large global enterprises, Maikel combines deep technical expertise with strategic insight into how cyber threats and fraud are evolving in an increasingly digital world.
