Lei Lei

Lei Lei is VP, Global Head of BD at Kite. Most recently, she was Head of BD at the Foundation arm of NEAR Protocol — one of the earliest AI-focused blockchains. In total, she has been in the blockchain space for six years including in institutional lending at BlockFi and centralized exchanges. Before joining the blockchain space, Lei spent over a decade in TradFi at global banks including Deutsche Bank and Nomura.

Lei holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a degree from MIT. Outside of work, she's a mother of two, a Sichuan native, and a spicy food lover.
