Ben trained as an investigator, with a Master's degree in Criminal Investigation that led him to financial crime compliance. He now heads ONE.io’s financial crime strategy and compliance operations internationally. In that role, he rebuilt the group’s policy framework and redesigned its high-risk onboarding, cutting end-to-end time from 45 days to 15 days. His focus is on making compliance a product that firms in crypto and iGaming can scale on, not one that slows them down.
