Adam has over 20 years’ experience in tackling fraud within the ecommerce sector. He currently heads up the Fraud and Payments department at Fitflop, implementing programs to reduce chargebacks and minimize returns fraud. His previous roles include developing a Fraud Department from scratch for The Leisure Pass Group, and prior to that he worked for 16 years in Amazon fraud department (TRMS), managing large teams of investigators responsible for verifying transactions, screening vendors on the platform and implementing concession abuse mitigation strategies.
