T Raja Kumar

President, Financial Action Task Force (FATF) 2022-2024

T. Raja Kumar began a two-year term as President of the Financial Action Task Force (FATF) on 1 July 2022, succeeding Dr. Marcus Pleyer. He has over 35 years of leadership experience in the Singapore Police Force and Ministry of Home Affairs. Currently, he serves as Senior Advisor (International) in the Ministry, advising on policy development and international partnerships.

Previously, he was Deputy Secretary (International) from 2015 to 2021 and Chief Executive of the Home Team Academy (2014–2018), strengthening collaborations with organizations such as INTERPOL and the UN.
