Daniel Xavier, COO of BetMGM Brazil, has over 20 years of experience in management and development in the gaming industry. Before taking on the operational leadership role at BetMGM, Xavier was Co-Founder and CEO/COO of Pipa Studios, where he managed the leading social bingo game in Brazil and Mexico, which generated US$12 million in revenue in 2023. He played a prominent role in the operation of betboo.com, a pioneer in the Brazilian iGaming market that was acquired by Entain in 2009. He participated in the merger with Sportingbet.com, where he also served as Head of Games. Daniel holds an MBA in Business Administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV).
