Christopher Liu

Christopher is Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) and Head of Regulatory at Matrixport, one of Asia’s fastest-growing digital asset financial services platforms. He oversees global compliance strategy and regulatory affairs across all business lines. A seasoned leader with 20 years’ experience in law enforcement, banking, payments, and fintech, he previously held senior roles at Citi, Razer Inc and Wallex Technologies. An alumnus of Singapore’s Suspicious Transaction Reporting Office, Christopher holds a Bachelor of Laws from the National University of Singapore.
