Boris Montin is the Fintech Director at Glovo, where he leads financial services, payments and risk for 22 countries. He is currently shaping Glovo’s 18–24 month fintech roadmap and driving the development of new Fintech solutions for Glovo.

With a background in scaling financial products and building high-performing risk systems, he brings a strategic yet practical lens to the future of embedded finance in marketplaces.

Prior to Glovo, Boris worked at Uber and for InsurTech companies.
