Sagar is working currently on the intersection of AI & Politics. A political campaigner and communications expert, Sagar holds 12 years of experience in strategy over South East Asia. Sagar understands/ideate positive use-cases, products of Artificial Intelligence in Politics along with policy implications. He has studied strategy from Columbia B-School, USA & Public Policy from India School of Business, Mohali as executive education. Sagar has been part of various political war rooms since 2013 where he helped in forming communication strategies, application of strategy on ground from local candidates to Presidential Elections in South East Asia. Sagar has worked with Member of Legislative Assemblies, Member of Parliaments, Chief Minister’s Offices in various regional/national political parties. Sagar has always priortised innovation which is reflected in his political campaigns i.e. Introducing AI(Video Dialogue replacement) first time in a political campaign around the world. Sagar keeps an eye on how artificial intelligence, emerging technology can impact politics & policy. Recently, he has contributed to the report " AI & Political leadership: Pitfalls and possibilities" by Apolitical Foundation as an expert which was presented in World Economic Forum, Davos Summit 2024. He's been Mentor of Change for Atal Innovation Mission to make aware and teach students about innovation in Govt. schools. Sagar has been awarded by United Nations and honoured by Indian Youth Forum for his efforts in Social Sector. Sagar has spoken at TEDx platform and 25+ other public forums & think tanks worldwide on how emerging technologies can disrupt democracy for good.
