Customer Success Manager

About Us:

Sumsub is an international IT company with a strong team from all over the world. We have been working and actively developing since 2015, and would be happy to make your acquaintance! Currently, we do hiring for our partner for our common project and can offer a service agreement to the successful candidates.

Now we are looking for a Customer Success Manager who will build, keep and improve strong connections with our customers.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage clients on all levels: technical, business, and product and help them succeed in their goals;
  • Manage and grow relationship with Key Client (stakeholders);
  • Identify opportunities and potential challenges;
  • Provide clients with training and webinars;
  • Introduce clients to the new features and handle new feature releases;
  • Provide client feedback internally;
  • Collaborate with Sales, Solution Architects, Partners, Product Management, Legal and Marketing teams as the client’s representative.

Important for us

  • Advanced English and Advanced Chinese;
  • Prior experience as a Customer Success Manager, Account manager, Business Developer Manager, Project Manager in crypto, fintech, payments spheres;
  • Basic understanding of KYC will be a big plus;
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets / MS Excel;
  • Strong analytical skills and proactive approach;
