About the opportunity

We are currently looking for a qualified Community Manager to strengthen our existing team and boost our brand awareness across regions. If you are a self-driven and ambitious tech-savvy professional, we would love to meet you! We are expecting you to be experienced in social media, PR, and promotional events.

In this role, you will:

  • Building and developing a community in different regions;
  • Planning, launching, and managing activities to grow the community and drive maximum awareness of Sumsub;
  • Building relations with opinion leaders;
  • Planning and executing events from start to finish, according to the requirements, target audience, objectives, and company workflows;
  • Recruiting active community members to serve as brand ambassadors;
  • Work closely with multiple teams across regions/departments to create useful content for the community: product marketing, PR, email marketing, sales team, creatives, web development, etc.;
  • Collaborate with industry experts, thought leaders, influencers, and Sumsub customers;
  • Understanding core community trends and concerns;
  • Analyzing community stats and suggesting improvements based on data.

Your experience & skills:

  • BSc/BA in PR, marketing, or a related field;
  • Fluent English;
  • Proven work experience as a community manager or similar role;
  • Experience planning and leading community initiatives;
  • Ability to identify and track relevant community KPIs;
  • Excellent writing and communication skills;
  • Past experience in IT companies or technical background would be a plus.
