What we’re looking for
Currently, SumSub is looking for an Account Executive who is passionate and driven with a desire to succeed.
Responsibilities
- Set up a communication flow with a client, create chats in relevant messengers or/and email;
- Attend networking meetings, events, and conferences to engage with prospective business partners, aim to make connections and learn about a business’s needs and challenges, and propose their company’s services as a solution;
- Draft pricing quotes and contracts along with the BD (align with Legal department if any questions arise), check the signing of the contracts;
- Prepare information for invoices into Pipedrive;
- Make sure the initial invoice is paid;
- Help BD with requesting Test/Trial/Prod accesses from Solution Architects, as well as the Billing (set up correct name for the keys, make sure all the relevant information is filled in the CRM);
- Fill in the CRM leads’ Organization and first contact Person blocks according to your Team (BD) needs. All the relevant fields in the CRM MUST be filled;
- Customer support (together with the BD) in the chats (Skype, Telegram, Slack) – make sure that no questions are left hanging – tag Solution Architects or relevant colleagues to assist the client in a timely manner;
- Establish and maintain partnerships with clients, ensuring all parties’ needs are met and that relationships are mutually beneficial;
- Communicating with other departments to ensure deliverables are high-quality and on schedule, and confirming that both the business and the client are able to meet the terms of their agreement;
- Help collecting information on leads generated by people who left the company and did not document them in CRM.
Qualifications
- Has 1+ years of experience in a sales or growth hacking role, in B2B cloud / SaaS software or financial services/compliance.
- Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese and English.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills and a consultative approach to closing business.
- Experienced in reaching new clients through networking events, research, sales calls and visits, and other promotional tactics.
- Demonstrated ability to use data to make decisions and influence stakeholders, you eager to help businesses succeed by connecting with clients and helping them reach their goals.
- Has an ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle ambiguity.
